Yiddish language projects on Incubator

Hi, פוילישער.

I'm now a sysop on Incubator, and have been taking care to keep an eye on Yiddish-language project tests there, as well as on Judeo-Spanish (Ladino) projects there. There are four Yiddish project tests on Incubator:

• Wikibooks. The majority of edits are actually mine, as I've played around with some core templates. But the initial work was done by someone called User:רוטר נט., who has been blocked globally for account abuse.
• Wikiquote. Really just one draft page by User:Alefbeis, who seems to have been active here for a while, but not so much lately.
• Wikinews. Again, just a page and a template by User:ציון הלוי, who has been here a little early in the year.
• Wikivoyage. Here, there is a page and a template by you.

So here's my question: Other than anything I've been playing around with, these four tests have all been inactive. Do you want me to keep them around? Delete them? Do you want to announce them on װיקיפּעדיע:קאווע שטיבל and encourage participation? I definitely think that Wikipedia, Wiktionary and Wikisource are the most important Yiddish projects, and I don't want to interfere with them. So that's why I wanted to ask your opinion first.
